For the Abu Dhabi Uzbek Investment Company project, our goal was to create a workspace that reflects the character of an international institution: refined design, functional planning, and engineering precision. The work began with an analysis of operational requirements and coordination with the Trilliant management company. Based on these inputs, we developed the layout, interior concept, and full set of engineering documentation. During implementation, our team completed all stages - installation of mechanical and electrical systems, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting, finishing works, and partition systems. Special attention was given to acoustics: the office is equipped with modern glass partitions with enhanced sound insulation, ensuring privacy without compromising visual openness.
The selection of materials focused on durability, technology, and a premium standard. In work areas, we installed carpet tiles by Shaw Contract - the global leader in commercial flooring, known for exceptional wear resistance, environmental performance, and long-term stability. In high-traffic and moisture-prone zones, we used Shaw Contract LVT, providing reliability and a neat appearance under intensive use. The project also includes raised floors for concealed cable management, acoustic glass partitions by JEB, concealed doors for painting, custom-made furniture, and a well-balanced lighting scheme. The result is a cohesive, contemporary office fully aligned with the client’s operational processes and international standards.
