The BCG project became one of the most extensive and technically complex works in our portfolio. Our team was tasked with delivering a full-scale office renovation from scratch, ensuring accurate execution of the approved design concept and adapting all technical solutions to the requirements of an international company. The scope included complete dismantling of existing structures, preparation and installation of new engineering systems, construction of partitions, implementation of finishing materials, full fit-out, and final project handover.
Special attention was given to the spatial organization. The client required a clear separation of workstations, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and private offices, while maintaining an open and visually lightweight environment. To achieve this balance, we installed JEB acoustic glass partitions, offering high sound insulation performance and allowing us to create functional yet transparent rooms that maintain a unified visual rhythm throughout the space.
In parallel, extensive work was carried out on the engineering infrastructure. Electrical networks were redesigned, a new low-voltage system was installed, and modern lighting solutions with optimal color temperature were implemented. All HVAC requirements - ventilation, air circulation, and climate control - were fully integrated into the project. Each engineering element was embedded in the architecture discreetly, preserving the clean and minimalistic design.
A raised floor system was installed to accommodate structured cabling, ensuring a neat, flexible, and service-friendly solution. This approach significantly increases the adaptability of the office for future layout changes, team expansion, or functional adjustments.
Final materials were selected according to BCG’s corporate standards and with consideration for the office’s high daily traffic. Working zones were outfitted with Shaw Contract carpet tiles, a global leader in commercial flooring. Their dense fiber structure, dimensional stability, and acoustic comfort ensure durability and long-term performance.
For high-traffic areas, wet zones, and utility rooms, we installed Shaw Contract LVT flooring, chosen for its wear resistance, moisture tolerance, and compatibility with frequent cleaning cycles. The surface texture and color were selected to align seamlessly with the overall design concept.
Custom-made furniture was produced specifically for this project, including workstations, built-in cabinetry, the reception area, and acoustic panels for meeting rooms. All items were manufactured with precise adherence to specifications and project documentation.
