In Tashkent, a leading global technology company owns an 8-storey freestanding building (3 basement floors, 4 office floors and technical 5th floor), the renovation of which was carried out by Fit-Out.uz in accordance with the submitted design drawings. Renovation includes complete dismantling of existing engineering systems and finishes, redevelopment of office premises and further finishing and installation of engineering networks. Upon completion of the works, more than 300 employees of the company office in Tashkent received fully equipped new workplaces with concealed wiring, modern conference rooms, kitchen areas and recreation areas on each floor.

After the construction was completed, new ventilation and air conditioning systems were installed in building to replace the existing outdated equipment. In addition, the fire alarm, fire suppression, access control, heating, water supply and sewage systems were overhauled with the demolition of existing systems and installation of new systems. The finishing materials used for the this project include imported heavy-duty Forbo flooring, high quality paints for the implementation of design ideas and office glazing with “dark graphite” color profile, which is very popular in modern offices.
