Internship at FIT-OUT.
A six-month paid programme for students and young professionals, with real projects, experienced mentors and a chance to stay on the team.
Six months on real project teams.
FIT-OUT interns do not work on training exercises. From month one you join a live project.
You start by assisting a senior specialist, and by month three you run your own section of the project. By the end of the internship, 70% of participants receive an offer to join the team full time.
Three internship tracks.
Architecture and interior design
Concepts, layout solutions, material selection and 3D visuals. You work in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max and SketchUp under a senior designer, and take on your own section of a project by the midpoint of the internship.
Engineering (MEP)
HVAC, electrical, low-current systems and plumbing. You work with project documentation, calculations and approvals, and join site visits for supervision alongside a lead engineer.
Project management
Coordinating subcontractors, tracking schedules and budgets, and handling documentation. Regular site visits are part of the role, which suits students of construction, economics and management.

The internship is paid. A stipend covers basic costs so you can focus on the work.
Every intern is paired with a mentor from the senior team.
The programme runs for 6 months, starting in March and September. We accept applications up to two months before each intake starts.
