Aftercare.

Handing over the site is not the end of the job. We stay close after the move, fixing snags, adapting the space as the company changes and keeping the office running smoothly.

What aftercare is

The office changes as the company does, and we help make that happen without extra effort.

After the move, teams grow, workflows shift and new demands on the space appear. Our client service team takes on every office adaptation job, from swapping a door handle to replanning an entire floor.

How the service works

Four levels of support.

The period right after handover

In the first weeks after the move we log every snag that shows up under real use. We fix them on an agreed schedule, with no arguing over whose responsibility it is.

Warranty work

We keep a register of warranty obligations across every trade and supplier. If a defect turns up we arrange the fix through the right subcontractor or manufacturer, so the client calls us rather than chasing it down themselves.

Adapting the space

As the company grows, the way it works changes and new requirements come up, so we replan the space, add desks and change the zoning. Knowing the project already lets us do this faster and cheaper than bringing in a new contractor.

Scheduled maintenance

Under a retainer contract we run regular inspections, minor repairs and preventive checks, including tightening fittings, replacing consumables and testing engineering systems. We catch major breakdowns before they affect the work.

Why us

One point of contact. The project's full history.

After handover you get a client service manager, the same person who ran the build. They know what is installed and where, which materials were used and whose warranty covers what. You never have to explain everything from scratch on every call.

Guidance

The guide to running an office after handover.

The guide covers what to check at handover, how to work with the contractor during the warranty period and when it makes sense to sign a maintenance retainer.

Small works solve focused problems without a full cycle.

Need a new meeting room or a few extra desks? For jobs that do not need ongoing support, we run a separate service that moves fast, with a fixed estimate and a warranty.
