By using fit-out.uz, you agree to these Terms of Use with FIT-OUT LLC (the Company). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Content on the site

All materials on the site - project photographs, descriptions, text and graphics - belong to FIT-OUT LLC or are used with the rights holder's permission. Using these materials without the Company's written consent is not allowed.

Information on the site is for reference only and does not amount to a public offer. Exact terms, budget and timeline are agreed individually after a consultation.

3. Intellectual property

• The FIT-OUT logo and brand identity are registered trademarks
• Design projects and architectural solutions shown in the portfolio are subject to copyright
• Using any materials for commercial purposes requires written consent

4. Liability

We work to keep the information on the site current, but we are not responsible for temporary technical faults, inaccuracies in project descriptions or outdated information.

External links to third-party resources (partners, social media) are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their policies.

5. Enquiries and submissions

By submitting the contact form, you accept the following.

• You confirm that the information you have provided is accurate
• You agree to the processing of your personal data under our Privacy policy

The Company aims to reply to enquiries within one working day during business hours.

6. Prohibited actions

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or databases

• Submit malicious code through the contact forms

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute is resolved under that legislation at the Company's place of business, in Tashkent.
