Discovery and brief
We run a visioning session with leadership, gather data on how the space is used, and produce a survey plan with photos. The result is a brief agreed by every stakeholder.
Concept and visualisation
We develop layout options and choose materials and a colour palette. We prepare 3D renders of the key zones and a concept book to present to leadership.
Working drawings
We issue the full set of working drawings, architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and low-current sections. In parallel we prepare furniture specifications and a transparent, itemised budget.
Site supervision
We stay involved through construction, with weekly site visits, sign-off on deviations and quality checks. We sign the as-built documentation and hand over the complete set to the client.
Design and documentation come as one package.
Changes get fixed on paper before construction starts, not in the middle of the fit-out. We work as one integrated team, architects, engineers and the project manager under one roof.
