Refresh concept
We develop a new layout and design concept within the building's structural limits. We agree a phasing plan so the team never has to leave the office completely.
Phased delivery
We work zone by zone, so while one zone is under construction the rest keep operating. We manage noise and dust and stick to the agreed schedule.
Handover and settling in
We run a final inspection, close out any snags and hand the site over. After move-in we stay in touch, adjusting zoning or adding furniture if needed.
