Equal opportunities policy.
In effect from 1 January 2026. This policy sets out FIT-OUT LLC's commitment to a fair workplace free of discrimination.
1. General provisions
FIT-OUT LLC (the Company) believes that diversity and inclusion strengthen the business, drive innovation and improve the quality of design decisions. The Company is firmly committed to equal opportunity for every employee, candidate and business partner.
This Policy was drawn up in line with the labour legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Labour Code and the Law on Guarantees of Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men.
2. Non-discrimination
The Company does not tolerate direct or indirect discrimination in hiring, selection, training, promotion, pay or dismissal on any of the following grounds.
- sex, gender identity or marital status
- age
- nationality, ethnic origin or race
- religion or belief
- disability
- political views
- any other characteristic unrelated to professional competence
3. Employment practice
Selecting candidates for any role at the Company rests solely on professional skills, experience and potential. Hiring, promotion and training decisions follow objective criteria set out in job profiles and performance review systems.
Vacancies are published openly. Job requirements and working conditions are reviewed for unintended barriers to any group of candidates.
4. Zero tolerance of harassment
Any form of harassment or intimidation, including sexual harassment, verbal abuse and systematic humiliation, is treated by the Company as a serious breach of workplace conduct and can lead to disciplinary action up to dismissal.
Every employee is personally responsible for maintaining a respectful working environment.
5. Equal pay
The Company provides equal pay for equal work and work of equal value, regardless of sex or any other personal characteristic. Pay levels and grading are reviewed at least once every two years to identify and close any unjustified gap.
6. Training and development
Access to training, mentoring and career development is available to every employee on equal terms. Decisions about who is put forward for training are based on the needs of the role and an individual development plan, not a manager's personal preference.
Company leadership completes regular training on inclusive leadership and preventing discrimination.
7. Raising a complaint
An employee who believes their rights have been breached under this Policy may raise it directly with their manager, with HR or through the anonymous feedback channel. Every complaint is handled in confidence, and the person who raised it is protected from any form of retaliation.
They are told of the outcome within 30 working days.
8. Monitoring and review
The Company tracks the demographic makeup of its staff and the outcomes of hiring and promotion to identify systemic barriers. This Policy is reviewed annually, and whenever legislation or the Company's structure changes. Leadership is personally accountable for upholding it.
