Privacy policy.
In effect from 1 January 2026. This policy sets out how FIT-OUT collects, uses and protects your personal data.
1. General provisions
FIT-OUT LLC ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of fit-out.uz visitors and is committed to protecting personal data in line with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Policy was drawn up under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data of 2 July 2019, No. ZRU-547.
2. What data we collect
- First name, surname and contact details (email, phone) that you submit voluntarily through the forms on the site
- Company name and job title, where provided on a form
- The content of your enquiries, applications and CVs
- Technical data - IP address, device and browser type, pages visited (through cookies)
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and requests
- To prepare commercial proposals
- To review CVs and arrange interviews
- To improve the site (aggregated analytics, with no identification of individual visitors)
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and except for partners who support the site (our hosting provider, analytics services), who act on our behalf and under our control.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to remember your preferences and to collect anonymous visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work incorrectly.
6. Retention period
Contact details submitted through our forms are kept for no more than 3 years from the last interaction. CVs are kept for no more than 1 year, unless a candidate has given written consent to a longer period.
7. Your rights

- Request deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten)
- Withdraw consent previously given for processing

8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Every FIT-OUT employee with access to personal data has signed a non-disclosure agreement.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the site or by email.
