FIT-OUT runs 8 to 15 projects at a time. We need suppliers and contractors who meet deadlines, respond to requests during working hours and work with project documentation.
The brand or country of origin comes second. The quality of the work comes first.
Electrical, MEP, low-current systems, IT infrastructure and security, working on a regular basis to FIT-OUT project specifications.
Finishing materials, acoustics, partitions, flooring and lighting, supplied to specification and tied to the site schedule.
Office, meeting room and lounge furniture, plus ergonomics, through direct supply contracts or official dealership.
Manufacturers and distributors of ventilation, cooling, fire protection and automation systems for commercial buildings.
Importing materials and furniture from Europe, the UAE and China, with customs clearance, certification and project-based warehousing.
Local and international studios for joint case studies, outsourced visuals and specialised project sections.

We invite you to the studio or set up a video call to discuss current projects, documentation requirements, deadlines and terms. For overseas brands, we agree the meeting format separately.
We bring you onto a real project in the right category and assess communication, how well deadlines are met and compliance with the specification. Feedback follows once the project is complete.
After a successful trial project we sign a framework agreement and add you to the FIT-OUT partner register, giving you priority when we allocate orders in your category.
