Site assessment and brief
We visit the site, run an MEP audit and assess load-bearing structures and lease restrictions. We put together a brief that accounts for budget and timeline.
Design and approvals
We develop the working drawings and get them approved by the building management and regulators. In parallel we prepare tender documents and lock in the budget.
Construction and finishing
We run every trade on site, demolition, partitions, floors, ceilings and engineering systems. We report daily on the project platform and meet the client weekly.
Install and move
We install furniture, IT infrastructure and signage. We organise the move in stages so the client team does not lose working days. We hand over the site with a full set of documentation.
