Taking the request
We take in a description of the task, whether that is photos, a sketch or just plain text. Within one working day we get in touch, confirm the details and arrange a site visit if needed.
Estimate and timeline
We prepare a detailed estimate broken down by materials and labour. We fix the price before work starts, with no changes along the way unless we get written sign-off.
Carrying out the work
We schedule the work for whenever suits you, such as evenings, weekends or in phases, so the team is never interrupted. On site there is a foreman you can reach directly.
Sign-off
We carry out a joint inspection, close out any snags and issue the completion certificate. After handover we stay reachable for warranty questions.
