Office fit-out

We conduct renovations to transorm spaces into modern and ergonimic workplaces.

This is why we do it

In today’s fast-paced business environment, a well-designed office is essential for boosting productivity and nurturing a positive company culture. Our thorough approach to office design and construction ensures every detail is carefully planned and executed. Below, we outline our streamlined process to bring your vision to life.

The first step is to carefully review the completed design project, ensuring that all details are in place, including the layout, materials, and design elements. A detailed schedule of work is created, specifying the sequence of tasks, labor needs, and timelines. At this stage, it's essential to finalize agreements with contractors, suppliers, and any third parties involved. Confirming the budget is critical to avoid unexpected costs, and all permits and approvals should be obtained before moving forward.
Once the plan is set, the renovation begins with the demolition of old structures. This includes removing outdated flooring, wall coverings, partitions, and outdated plumbing or electrical systems. It’s crucial to protect the areas not involved in the renovation, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding spaces. Once the demolition is complete, the walls, floors, and ceilings are inspected and prepared for new installations, including leveling surfaces and addressing any structural concerns.
At this stage, all essential engineering systems are installed or upgraded. This includes setting up heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure the space is climate-controlled and energy-efficient. Electrical wiring is installed according to the design, ensuring proper placement of outlets, lighting, and other electrical needs. Plumbing systems are installed or reconfigured if needed, especially in spaces with kitchens or restrooms. All systems must meet safety standards and building regulations to ensure long-term reliability and functionality.
With the core systems in place, the renovation moves on to finish work. This includes plastering and painting walls according to the design scheme, choosing the right textures, colors, and finishes that reflect the office's branding or style. Flooring is installed, whether it's carpet, hardwood, or tile, depending on the desired aesthetic and durability. Ceilings are either painted, fitted with panels, or given custom finishes, while partitions and glass walls may be installed to create different working spaces. Doors and windows are fitted, and attention to detail is essential to ensure the high-quality appearance of the finished space.
