ADUI was established through a partnership between Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and Uzbekistan’s Fund for Reconstruction and Development. Its purpose is to channel investment into opportunities that support the country’s economic development. The office reflects this wider mission: a setting for strategic dialogue, evaluating opportunities and building partnerships across markets.

A Design Approved at Every Level
The design was developed in line with the requirements of ADUI’s headquarters and management. Every decision had to support the company’s corporate identity while creating a practical environment for its daily operations.
Designed Around the Way People Work
Glass partitions define meeting rooms and working areas without visually fragmenting the office. Motorised desks add flexibility to individual workstations, while reception, waiting and shared facilities are integrated into a clear, practical layout.
A Local Identity Within a Global Perspective
References to Uzbek and Eastern culture bring a distinct local character to the office. Rather than relying on literal traditional motifs, these elements are integrated into a restrained corporate interior, connecting the company's international outlook with the cultural context of Uzbekistan.
