A professional workspace for global investment
Establishing an International Presence in a New Market
Franklin Templeton was opening its first office in Tashkent. The space needed to combine a professional corporate environment with comfortable everyday working conditions and facilities for business meetings.
The layout incorporated an open-plan working area for 26 people, seven private offices and meeting rooms. The key objective was to create a functional workplace with clearly defined zones while maintaining a cohesive interior suited to the company's business profile.
Balancing Functionality and Professionalism
The project was developed around a clear zoning strategy that accommodates different working needs. The open-plan area supports everyday team activities, private offices provide space for focused work, and meeting rooms facilitate business discussions.
Glass partitions separate functional areas while maintaining visual openness throughout the office. Restrained finishes and a considered spatial layout create a professional working environment aligned with the character of an international investment company.
